Ready to rock the stage?

The Hub’s Battle is open to bands with members aged between 10 and 24 years.

Enter the 2024 Battle of the Bands Competition and begin your journey where talent meets opportunity.

Battle of the Bands competition (2004 - 2019) is making a comeback to bring together our region’s young bands from diverse genres. All skills levels welcome!

For the first time, we are introducing a Kids Clash Division for bands with members aged 10-13 years old, opening the opportunity for younger bands to step up on stage and battle it out across the series.

Comprised of three heats, two semi-finals, a final and the combined ‘Creative Engineers Showcase’ event to announce the winners.

With limited places for each heat, bands pick their heat in order of preference. Once all details are submitted bands are selected on a first-come, first served basis.

See Terms and Conditions for more details.
