Discovered Youth Choir 2024

Calling Central Coast young voices aged 7-14yrs who would like to come together and sing with the Discovered Voices Youth Choir.

If you would like to develop your vocal skills, make new friends and showcase your talent in performances…

Join us this coming season, we meet during school terms on a weekly basis.

  • Thursdays, 5pm-6.15pm
  • The Hub Erina Youth Entertainment Venue
  • 17 October – 13 December.
Registration is open until 31 October!

We’re kicking off the term program with rehearsals from 17 October and can’t wait to welcome new and returning voices.

This is the chance for young singers aged 7-14years to come together to shine and be a part of something special, as the Discovered Voices Youth Choir get ready to perform at community events and Eisteddfods across 2025.

With two places open in the semi-finals and two places in the grand final event, you can nominate your favourite performer for a place with the online WILDCARD vote. 
 
Round one: online voting opens following the third heat from 12pm on Monday 27 June 2022 to 11.59PM on Sunday 3 July 2022.
 
Round two: online voting opens following the semi-finals from 12pm on Monday 15 August to 11.59PM on Sunday 21 August 2022.

The audience WILDCARD voting component is back this year and allows the audience to get involved and help select two (2) singers to perform in the Grand Final event.

SEMI FINALS

24 participants will make it into the two semi-finals, live at The Hub Erina on 12 and 26 March 2021.Two semi-finalists will be voted in by our online audience in Round One of the Wildcard Audience Vote.

  • Round One WILDCARD Audience Voting - Open 22 February – 28 February

 

GRAND FINAL

12 finalists will be selected to perform at The Hub Erina on Friday 23 April 2021 in the Discovered Grand Final. Two finalists will be voted in by our online audience in Round Two of the Wildcard Audience Vote.

I love to sing and want to get better at performing, so I joined Discovered to have experience performing in front of people. I also received feedback from the judges, who are all very experienced in the music industry. They were all so kind and encouraging. I learnt a lot!
